Monday - Friday 7am - 3pm

* Job Summary:

** Under minimal supervision, performs basic functionality testing and troubleshooting to meet repair specifications. Uses established procedures and work instructions to troubleshoot electronic modules, support production goals, and collect data for evaluation purposes.

** Essential Duties and Responsibilities*
* + Perform setup, testing, and modular-level repairs on complete units.

+ Maintain accurate records for individual repairs.

+ Utilize custom software testing suites to diagnose and validate hardware failures.

+ Identify failures, follow engineering changes, and determine appropriate corrective actions.

+ Operate equipment such as voltmeters, computers, and specialized test fixtures.

+ Maintain production and quality standards.

+ Perform other duties as assigned.

** Key Skills and Competencies*
* + Basic math skills

+ Experience in a production assembly environment, including performing assembly operations to required quality standards.

+ Basic knowledge of computers and electronic test equipment.

+ Strong manual dexterity and visual coordination.

+ Experience using common hand tools.

+ Ability to stand or sit on a production line for extended periods.

+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Physical Requirements:

+ Ability to move throughout the work area to perform assigned tasks.

+ Ability to occasionally bend, kneel, crouch, reach, push, and pull.

+ Ability to occasionally lift or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
