Job Summary:

Omni Max, a leading national manufacturer of residential building products in roofing accessories and rainware, is seeking a talented Distribution Marketing & Channel Manager. This role involves leading distribution marketing initiatives, managing projects, and developing content to drive revenue and improve the distributor experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead development and execution of distribution marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, product sales, and sales enablement across North American distribution channels.
  • Create and implement annual and quarterly plans in collaboration with sales partners.
  • Serve as the primary marketing contact for distribution accounts, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Manage execution of marketing programs, including new product commercialization, communication, content creation, campaigns, sales tools, and promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with sales, creative, product management, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.
  • Prioritize and manage marketing initiatives, setting timelines and resource allocation for seamless execution.
  • Support digital shelf content setup, optimization, and maintenance on distribution platforms.
  • Assist with distribution trade shows and events, including booth design, collateral, and logistics.
  • Oversee marketing assets and sales tools, ensuring content accuracy and accessibility.
  • Manage relationships with agencies and vendors to support marketing efforts.
  • Lead new product launches to ensure timely and successful commercialization.
  • Conduct market research and surveys to gather customer insights and identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop growth strategies for existing products and new categories, with support from product management.
  • Implement distribution marketing strategies that deliver value, enhance brand reputation, and differentiate the company.
  • Develop channel-specific strategies to increase market share and revenue, reviewing performance quarterly.
  • Create and refine product and co-branded content for various marketing channels.
  • Collaborate on expanding the Customer Advantage Program, providing marketing resources and support.
  • Qualifications:

    Required:

    • Bachelor’s degree or 8+ years of related experience.
    • 8+ years of marketing experience, especially with roofing distributors in North America.
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
    • Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple initiatives.
    • Ability to prioritize efforts based on sales potential, market opportunity, and ROI.
    • Experience managing end-to-end marketing initiatives across distributor partners.
    • Deep understanding of channel dynamics and sales optimization.
    • Proven experience in content development, marketing tools, campaigns, and digital assets.
    • Results-oriented mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    Preferred:

    • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including sales, creative, operations, and product management.
    • Familiarity with distributor workflows and third-party vendor coordination.
    • Experience supporting distribution trade shows and events.
    • Knowledge of current marketing trends and digital tools.
    • Ability to execute lead generation programs with measurable results.
    • Data-driven approach using sales data and performance metrics.
    • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
