LPN – $29–34/Hour – $5,000 SIGN‑ON BONUS

Compensation: $29–$34 per hour + $5,000 sign‑on bonus (full‑time).

• Full‑time Night Shift (7‑7), block scheduling.

• Monitor patient health and administer basic care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Model customer service expectations and demonstrate urgency related to patient safety.
• Collaborate to meet patients’ physical, biopsychosocial, age, developmental, and cultural needs.
• Provide basic comfort and implement nursing interventions individualized to the patient.
• Apply interventions to progress toward wellness and maintain wellness.
• Discuss care with patient and listen to concerns; report status changes to RN and physicians.
• Communicate therapeutically and professionally with patient, visitors, coworkers.
• Safely deliver medication per policies, physician orders, and practice.
• Maintain professional nursing practice standards per facility policy and external governing bodies.
• Document patient symptoms, responses, and progress accurately.

• Perform other functions and tasks as assigned.

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school required.
• Preferred:
  One or more years’ nursing experience in the clinical area served by the facility.

• Current LPN/LVN license required by state.
• CPR and de‑escalation/restraint certification required (training available upon hire).
• First aid may be required.
