Server Needed! - Local Bar & Barista

As a Server, you’ll help bring our dining experience to life through genuine hospitality, friendly service, and attention to detail. You’ll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where every interaction creates new opportunities to learn, connect, and make someone’s day.

• Greet and serve guests with professionalism and charisma (or riz)
• Take and enter orders accurately into the POS system
• Ensure food and drink orders are delivered promptly and correctly
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and fun dining environment
• Work closely with the kitchen and fellow team members to keep service flowing smoothly
• Go the extra mile to make each guest’s experience memorable
• Provide personable, professional, and upbeat service to every guest
• Anticipate guests’ needs and ensure a seamless dining experience
• Communicate clearly with both the kitchen and bar teams
• Handle payments accurately and follow cash-handling procedures
• Uphold all food safety and service standards

• At least 2 years of serving experience
• Bartending experience is a huge plus!
• A genuine desire to provide outstanding customer service
• Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays - the more flexible your schedule, the better
• Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and teamwork mentality
