Starting Hourly Rate: $15.00 USD per hour.

Working at Target means helping all families discover the joy of everyday life. This team ensures product is set, in‑stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor. The team conducts inventory accuracy, merchandise set‑up, maintenance and pricing processes for all areas.

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests.
• Engage with guests to solve specific needs.
• Thank guests and let them know we’re happy they chose to shop at Target.
• Execute daily tasks assigned by leader: receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing backroom, arranging merchandise, putting up promotional signs for GM areas.
• If certified, operate power equipment to move merchandise or store fixtures.
• Execute processes including changing prices, merchandise set‑up and maintenance, inventory accuracy as directed.
• Be knowledgeable about resources and products to solve issues for guest and improve experience.
• Demonstrate culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance.
• Support guest services such as back‑up cashier, digital fulfillment processes, and maintain compliance culture.
• All other duties as needed.

• Capable of remaining focused in fast‑paced environment.
• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Climb up and down ladders.
• Scan, handle and move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 44 lbs.
• Flexible work schedule and reliable attendance.
• Capable of working in varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements.
