We are open Monday-Friday (7 AM - 9 PM) and Saturday-Sunday (8 AM - 8 PM).

We offer flexible shift options, including:

• Weekdays
  • Opening Shifts (6:40 AM - 1:00 PM)
  • Midday Shifts (8:30 AM - 3:30 PM)
  • Closing Shifts (3:00 PM - 9:20 PM)
• Weekends
  • Opening Shift (7:40 AM - 2:00 PM)
  • Closing Shift (1:30 PM - 8:20 PM)

Shift selection is flexible! We will discuss your availability when interviewing.

• Confidently sell memberships in a commission-based environment
• Engage and follow up with leads using our CRM
• Educate guests on the benefits of infrared saunas and Perspire memberships
• Schedule reservations and follow-up appointments
• Give studio tours and answer guest inquiries
• Create a welcoming, clean, and relaxing environment for all members
• Turn over and sanitize sauna rooms between sessions
• Maintain and organize the towel supply area

• A positive, upbeat attitude with a passion for helping people
• A team player who loves engaging with others
• A reliable and dependable work ethic (strong attendance history required)
• Evening and/or weekend availability is required
