At D1 Training Norcross, we train the entire athlete — from youth development to collegiate and professional performance. As part of our mission to build athletes and leaders, we’re launching elite sport-specific programs, starting with soccer. Position Summary:We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and motivational Soccer Coach to lead our soccer-specific training sessions. This coach will develop and implement age-appropriate training plans designed to improve speed, agility, power, technical ability, and tactical awareness for athletes of all skill levels — from young beginners to competitive players.
Responsibilities:
Lead individual, small group, and team-based soccer training sessionsDesign drills that develop footwork, ball control, passing, shooting, agility, and game IQFoster a high-energy, disciplined, and motivating environmentWork closely with the Head Coach and General Manager to integrate soccer training into overall athletic development programsTrack athlete performance, provide feedback, and guide improvement goalsCommunicate professionally with athletes and parents regarding progress and upcoming opportunitiesAssist in community outreach events and promote D1 Soccer Training programsMaintain a safe, clean training area and follow D1 standards for coaching and conductRequirements:
Background in coaching youth, high school, or collegiate-level soccerStrong understanding of the technical, tactical, and physical demands of the gameFit, energetic, and able to demonstrate drills with intensityExcellent leadership, communication, and motivational skillsCertified in CPR/AED or willing to become certifiedUSSF, NSCAA, or equivalent coaching license/certification is a plusAvailability on evenings and weekends preferredPerks:
