General Labor, Operations Manager
Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Warehouse Lead
, is a motivated and detail-oriented individual who wants to be a part of our dynamic team. As a Warehouse Lead, will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse. The Warehouse Lead will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily warehouse activities, leading a team of warehouse associates, and ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the warehouse.
- Receiving and Inspection:
Receive incoming shipments, inspect for accuracy, and document any discrepancies. Ensure all products are in good condition and report any damages or issues. - Storage and Organization:
Safely and efficiently store products in designated areas, optimizing space utilization and maintaining a well-organized warehouse. - Order Picking and Packing:
Accurately pick and pack customer orders, ensuring items are properly labeled and prepared for shipment. - Safety:
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to create a secure work environment. Report any safety concerns or incidents immediately. - Equipment Operation:
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and proficiently. Perform routine equipment inspections and maintenance. - Supervision and Leadership:
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of warehouse associates to achieve operational excellence. Provide guidance, training, and support to team members. - Order Fulfillment:
Coordinate order picking, packing, and shipping processes to meet customer requirements and delivery schedules. Monitor order accuracy and quality standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Fluent in workflow with relevant programs and processes.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, up to 60 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
- Unafraid of heights up to 30ft.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures is a plus.
- A friendly and sincere demeanor.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Exceptional multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.

- Workflow Optimization:
Continuously assess and improve warehouse processes to enhance efficiency and productivity. Implement best practices and make recommendations for process enhancements. - Team
Collaboration:
Collaborate with other departments, including logistics, procurement, and customer service, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
