Located in Somerset County, Matheny Medical and Educational Center has an opportunity available for a Part Time Equipment Mechanic
. This position is three days per week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Duties of this position include:
- Maintain and repair medical equipment and devices
- Manage the medical equipment inventory
- Maintain accurate maintenance, repair and inspection records
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
- Coordinate with vendors for warranty repairs and specialized servicing
- Monitor equipment performance and recommend replacement or upgrades when necessary
- Maintain inventory of repair parts, tools and supplies
