• Design, prepare, and modify engineering documents and drawings for C4I projects.
• Develop designs for equipment with challenging performance requirements.
• Analyze technical data to inform design decisions; create layouts, specifications, and parts lists.
• Check drawings or equipment for adequacy and plan tests to evaluate performance.
• Determine test requirements, modify equipment, conduct tests, analyze results, and prepare reports.

• High school Diploma or GED, or formal electronics training from technical or military schools, or a four-year electronics apprenticeship.
• Minimum of 10 years of practical experience in relevant electronics or engineering roles.
• Experience in designing, testing, analyzing, and redesigning equipment.
• Ability to handle non-routine projects, plan, and coordinate technical work.
• Must obtain Cybersecurity Workforce qualification within 6 months.
• Technical experience supporting Navy C4I systems or similar.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and team skills.
• Active DoD Top Secret Clearance with SCI access; U.S. Citizenship required.

• Associate’s Degree in Engineering Technology, math, or science.
• At least 6 years of relevant practical experience.

• Regular communication, noise conditions, prolonged computer use, and travel may be required.
