As a GI Technician, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining video endoscopes and accessories in the GI Endoscopy suites under the Center Manager's guidance. You must follow CDC guidelines for infection prevention and control. Additionally, you will assist physicians and staff nurses during procedures, perform daily equipment maintenance, and support the center's mission.
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience.
- Monday‑Friday work schedule. Some evening shifts until 7pm and some Saturday work hours may be required, depending on center needs.
- NO call required, NO nights.
- Ability to float to other centers with added compensation.
- Free parking.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Knowledge of GI/Endo procedures or sterile processing techniques.
- Prior experience as a GI Tech, Endo Tech, Medical Assistant, or Sterile Processing Tech.
- Familiarity with clinical or surgical settings.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or ability to obtain).
