Resident Care Aides (RCAs) or Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs)

Starting Pay: $17.50/hr

Shifts available:

• Full Time:
  Evening (2p-10p), Night (10p-6a)
• Part Time:
  Day (6a-2p)
• Must be available weekends as scheduled varies.

Our team is looking for passionate, responsible, and caring Resident Care Aides (RCA) or Certified Nurse Assistants to join our team.

The ideal candidates will have strong verbal, written, and organizational skills and will share in our core values.

• Providing direct resident care including daily bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, incontinence/peri-care.
• Providing redirection to residents to promote independence.
• Obtaining accurate vital signs and reporting changes in resident health status and documenting appropriately.
• Assisting/accompanying residents for appointments when assigned.
• Reporting concerns regarding residents to the Director of Nursing, Administrator (or Charge Nurse on shift).
