Job DescriptionPart time Medical Assistant position.
Looking for a medical assistant to come in from 8 am to 4 pm during the weekdays.

We have experienced providers who offer medication management to treat a variety of psychiatric symptoms.
Our staff has a myriad of cultural backgrounds and experiences that translates into a relaxed and understanding environment of care for all cultures and backgrounds.
We provide patients with the latest evidence-based depression treatment, including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation. Our Neurostar TMS Therapy is one of the most technologically advanced depression treatments available. It is a non-invasive, outpatient procedure that is FDA approved and has helped numerous patients with depression who have not received adequate results from antidepressants.
As a Medical Assistant you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the medical office. You will support the doctor, staff and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization and communication. The target is to complete all activities accurately, with high quality and in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Screen patients and document basic psychiatric history
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Take vital signs
- Administer injections and specialized treatments for depression
NHA CCMA certification required. Covid vaccine is required.
Skills
- Proven working experience as a medical assistant
- Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
- Social perceptiveness and service oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software
