Merchandise and Stocking Associate

Base Pay Range

$18.00/hr - $25.00/hr

Do you like to work on your feet and keep things neat and organized? Our merchandising & stocking associates connect all of the dots to make sure members can find everything they need while shopping. From everyday items to special occasions, you act as a mini‑tour guide, helping members locate products, unloading trucks, fulfilling club pick‑up orders, and stocking shelves. Depending on the shift, your duties may include moving inventory in the backroom, loading/unloading trucks, or filling flow‑through cooler units.

This fast‑paced job is physically demanding—think of it as a paid workout—so teamwork, speed, and attention to detail are essential to keeping the store clean, organized, and member‑ready.

• Prompts unloading of trucks and efficient storage of inventory.
• Assist fellow associates and customers throughout the store.
• Sort, stock, and arrange products on shelves and in the backroom.
• Engage positively with vendors and drivers.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and member‑ready area.
• Follow safety protocols, including forklift spotting and hazardous material handling.
• Perform inventory checks, product rotation, and promotion displays.
• Resolve member issues and provide support using self‑service technology.
• Support club pick‑up operations, staging, and order fulfillment.

• Provide member service by acknowledging members and assisting with purchase decisions.
• Maintain safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps and following company policies.
• Ensure merchandise presentation complies with company procedures.
• Monitor food and merchandise quality, ensuring proper rotation and sanitation.
• Collaborate with managers, co‑workers, and business partners to meet priorities and deadlines.
• Identify improvement opportunities and adapt to changes.
