Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site position for an Assistant Manager at Claire's located in Pearl City, HI. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a visually appealing environment. Duties will include supervising and motivating store associates, delegating tasks, and helping to implement company standards. The role also involves assisting with inventory management, maintaining sales goals, and creating a welcoming shopping experience for customers.
Qualifications
- Leadership and Team Supervision:
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and train a team while fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. - Sales and Customer Service:
Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer engagement, and ability to deliver excellent service. - Organizational and Operational
Skills:
Proficiency in inventory management, scheduling, and maintaining store presentation standards. - Communication and Problem-Solving:
Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills, with the ability to resolve customer or team issues effectively and professionally. - Retail or Management
Experience:
Previous experience in retail or a related field is preferred. - Adaptability:
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently. - Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in retail or management are a plus.
