What You'll Be Doing- Assisting crews with general labor and cleanup activities
- Moving materials and tools around job sites
- Supporting certified technicians on environmental remediation projects
- Maintaining a safe and organized work area
- Learning the trade and preparing for advancement opportunities
You'll start as a General Labor Helper , learning the fundamentals while working alongside experienced professionals. As you gain experience, you'll have the opportunity to attend required classroom training, pass certification exams, and become certified in Lead and Asbestos Mitigation.
These certifications are highly valued in the industry and can lead to leadership opportunities and wages exceeding $40/hr through specialized environmental remediation work.
Requirements- Reliable transportation and strong attendance
- Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical work throughout the day
- Willingness to learn and build a long-term career
- Comfortable wearing required PPE, including respirators, protective suits, gloves, and other safety equipment used during lead and asbestos mitigation projects

This is a Permanent position based out of Pearl City, HI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $40.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
