Assistant Manager - Checkers Rallys - 707-Hwy 80-Pearl, MS (Pearl, MS)

Location: Pearl, MS, US

The Assistant Manager will assist with management responsibilities and ensure efficiency and quality of all operations within the restaurant.

Responsibilities include:

Ensuring customer satisfaction through quick, efficient service and quality products.

Maintaining cleanliness and creating a positive atmosphere among employees and customers.

Managing equipment operation and understanding of all operational procedures.

Mastering cash control and adhering to Quality, Service, Cleanliness, Hospitality guidelines.

Applying principles of sales forecasting, scheduling, cost control, inventory management, and analyzing profit and loss statements.

Overseeing personnel administration.

Qualifications:

Basic understanding of fast food operations, production, and deployment procedures.
Ability to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and stooping during 90% of shift time.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
