Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborate with cross‑functional teams and educate other associates on tools, tasks and resources; communicate effectively; be flexible to the needs of the business. - Be an Expert:
Prepare food according to specifications; plan future productions and mass productions; prepare for seasonality; adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold‑chain compliance, inventory management; operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment; demonstrate understanding of product and layout execution. - Be a Techie:
Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; use handheld technology to make real‑time business decisions related to production, ordering merchandise, receiving club pick‑up orders, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them. - Be an Owner:
Drive area performance; stock and rotate merchandise; ensure quality and date control standards; eliminate waste; provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, handling payment types, locating merchandise, and resolving member issues and concerns. - Be a Talent Ambassador:
Advocate brand; develop, influence and inspire others for a respectful, supportive and team‑oriented work style; understand roadblocks and assist in training. - Comply with company policies, procedures and standards of ethics and integrity.
- Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data and resources; collaborate with managers, co‑workers, customers and partners; identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicate progress and recommendations; adapt to change, difficulties and feedback.

Minimum QualificationsMust be 18 years of age or older. Must be able to successfully complete all job‑required trainings and assessments within the prescribed time period.
