Seasonal Sales Associate

Join the loudest store in the mall! We're looking for music and pop culture fanatics to help create the best experience for our customers. As a Hot Topic Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll be a key part of our success by providing excellent customer service, sharing your fandom knowledge, restocking and merchandising products, and enhancing the in-store experience.

• Provide an engaging shopping experience that encourages customer loyalty through product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Maintain visual standards on the sales floor and cover your designated zones.
• Operate the register, process transactions, and promote additional sales through benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram changes and store merchandising.
• Communicate fashion and music trends to management and HQ.
• Work with Store Management to prevent theft and ensure store security.
• Help organize the stock room and keep the store tidy.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve store goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by your Store Leader.

• Previous retail experience preferred; passion for music and pop culture is a plus.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Minimum age of 16 years.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.
