Account Manager – Interstate Logos

Pearl, Mississippi. Travel:
Monthly overnight required.

The Account Manager will meet and exceed sales and renewal objectives in the assigned territory by promoting and selling B2B interstate logo signs and tourist-oriented directional signage (TODS). Key responsibilities include developing long‑term client relationships, using professional sales techniques, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Meet and exceed sales and renewal quotas in the assigned territory.
• Generate new business through cold‑calling, face‑to‑face meetings, and ongoing client outreach.
• Assist participants with logo/TODS design and installation planning.
• Handle customer renewals, payments, and contract agreements.
• Maintain accurate records in the asset management system.
• Travel overnight as required to support field operations.
• Contribute to training, product knowledge, and sales best practices.

• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Previous B2B sales experience preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Intrinsic motivation and resilience in a commission‑based environment.

• Base salary $40,000 per year.
• Commission potential up to $45,000 in the first year.
