• As a Mid-Level Automotive Technician, gain hands-on experience in one of Goodyear's Auto Service centers by diagnosing technical issues with a mechanical aptitude while delivering outstanding service.
• Perform line technician services, routine inspections/maintenance, system diagnostics, and problem-solving; conduct brake repairs, fluid exchanges/flushes, preventative maintenance, wheel alignments, and tire installation.
• Provide excellent guest service with clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles; mentor junior automotive technicians as applicable.
• Document all work performed on the repair order; follow safety policies and report any safety issues to management.
• Promote teamwork to deliver timely and accurate guest care during all operating hours; maintain adherence to company policies on vehicle care and operation.
• Perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods, including lifting, standing, bending, and squatting as required.

• Minimum 1 year of automotive experience including brake repairs, fluid flushes, and preventive maintenance.
• Valid driver's license and at least 18 years of age.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• Display a commitment to learning new technologies; ability to review, analyze, and interpret information, identify problems, and make decisions; commitment to safety policies and procedures.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• ASE Certification.
• Experience diagnosing vehicles and performing road tests.
• Experience with electrical systems, air conditioning, and primary/advanced fuel ignition.
