As a Customer Sales Advisor, you will gain hands-on experience in one of Goodyear's Auto Service centers by making meaningful connections while delivering outstanding service. Responsibilities:- Help drive and achieve sales goals through guest interactions, including tire and service sales
- Build guest relationships and ensure satisfaction by understanding their needs
- Describe warranties, advertising, and promotional offers of products and services
- Manage guest interactions from check-in to check-out, including scheduling appointments, estimating time, and completing transactions
- Make product recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines
- Utilize company-provided training tools for self-development
- Maintain a clean and safe work and guest area
- Perform manual tasks, including lifting tires and wheels, standing, bending, and squatting, for extended periods
- Prior guest service experience
- Valid driver's license
- Must be at least 18 years old
- No relocation offered for this position
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong work ethic and motivation to produce results
- Dependability, responsibility, conscientiousness, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to analyze information, identify problems, and make decisions
- Ability to follow procedures and guidelines
- Availability to work on weekends and holidays, depending on location
