Base pay range$68,485.00/yr - $87,500.00/yr
Supports the development of key strategic growth and operational initiatives through gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing and communicating insights and actionable recommendations. Content would cover a variety of topics and functional areas, including regional market analysis; demand projections and supply estimates by micro-market, specialty, patient type, and payor mix; leadership strategy workshops and retreats, high-level initiative design and implementation planning.
Responsibilities- Support the development of strategy recommendations/plans through collecting data, analysis, and conceptual problem-solving with stakeholders.
- Support leadership committees and groups in identifying, designing, and implementing high-priority strategic initiatives
- Synthesize clear takeaways from complex information into actionable recommendations using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Track and report data,
- Build cross-functional partnerships, internally and externally
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- 1 to 2 years of experience in management or consulting
- Strong analytical skills, Proficient in Excel
- Fluency in the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills
Preferred:
- Master's in Health Sciences/admin or MBA
- 3+ years in business strategy or healthcare
