Finance Business Partner

We are hiring immediately for a Finance Business Partner in the US or Canada
- a role that is critical in ensuring our customers get the electricity, heating and cooling they need.

• Provide key insight to our business will help drive revenue & EBITDA growth
• Supporting finance leader with budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Support the business with analysis for strategic direction, targeted marketing, focus on opportunity growth areas, monitor competition, cross sell services
• Support the business in generating new offerings, including business case review, commercial negotiations & pricing
• Support the business with analysis for strategic direction, targeted marketing, opportunity growth areas, monitor competition, cross sell services, commercial negotiations & pricing
• Travel approximately 10-20%

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in a similar role involving analytic responsibilities and engagement with non-finance stakeholders in the business
• Expertise in the preparation of financial reports, building and utilizing financial and operational decision-making models, trend analysis and forecasting
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments with minimal supervision
• Ability to convey technical information to a non-technical audience
• Experience with Infor ERP environment, Financial Consolidation systems and Power BI
• Advanced use of Microsoft office (primarily Excel and PowerPoint)
• Revenue, EBITDA, Utilization, Sets on Hire, OPEX tracking
