Chara Christian Dance Academy is looking to hire part-time dance teachers to grow tiny dancers in South Houston’s largest dance studio. The mission of this position is to deliver quality, high-performance dance instruction that impacts children and families through the performing arts. Results will be measured by student advancement, retention and enjoyment.

You will work directly with our Director of Student Services Meghan Owen to cultivate a positive dance program that lasts a lifetime for our students.

You are the rock star we are looking for if you are creative, responsible, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, love kids, and want to GROW. You will be working with our owner, Director of Student Services, School Director, and fellow faculty, so an easy-to-work-with personality is a must, as well as the desire to be a team player within a top-class team.

Completed or pursuing a dance degree preferred

Prior teaching experience

Professional performance experience a plus

Compensation:
Starting at $25 per hour based on experience, qualifications, and ongoing contribution. Retirement and health benefit potential as well.
