Evenings preferred (between 4pm-7pm)
Contractor Rates: $45 per billable hour (billed in 15-minute increments); $70 per evaluation

Qualifications include:
- Preferred experience in pediatric Physical Therapy
- Texas State license in Physical Therapy
- Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (or transitioning to accreditation with a bachelor's degree)
