Location: Houston, TX
💼 Contract: Initial 6 months (likely to extend to 1 year or more)
💲 Pay Rate: $35.00-$37.50/hr (W2 Only + Benefits)

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Investigator, Employee Relations to join our team. This role is pivotal in fostering a fair, inclusive, and high-trust workplace. You'll manage sensitive employee matters with integrity, conduct impartial investigations, and partner across teams to ensure accountability and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage investigations into alleged policy violations, ethical concerns, and employee relations issues.
  • Draft clear, well-structured documentation, including reports and corrective action guidance.
  • Collaborate with Legal, E&C, IT, Quality, EHS, local HR, and outside counsel for comprehensive investigations.
  • Conduct root cause analyses and recommend corrective/preventive actions.
  • Maintain accurate records and support trend analysis to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (required).
  • Prior investigation experience, ideally in a multinational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, HR practices, and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and empathy.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
