Software Engineer (GenAI & Machine Learning)

Location: Pearland, TX

• Design & Implement:
  Translate stakeholder needs into robust application features and AI models.
• Bridge & Champion:
  Act as the primary link between Global Data Science and local commercial teams to drive tool adoption.
• Full Lifecycle Engineering:
  Manage the end-to-end ML lifecycle, from data sourcing and pipeline development to deployment and debugging.
• Technical Excellence:
  Maintain infrastructure and write high-performance, modular Python code following enterprise SDLC/CI/CD standards.

• Experience:
  
  3 5+ years of industry experience; expert-level Python skills.
• Education:
  
  Master s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Technical Stack:
  Proficiency with AWS, APIs, and Docker.
• Architectural Mindset:
  Proven ability to evolve prototypes into scalable products while managing technical debt.
• Communication:
  Exceptional ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical business users.

• Experience with LLM infrastructure and ML workflows.
• Familiarity with Data Orchestrators (Airflow/Dagster) and ETL pipelines.
• Background in Energy or Commodities Trading is a significant plus
