A well-established plaintiff personal injury law firm is seeking an experienced Plaintiff's Personal Injury Paralegal with 3+ years of experience to work in their southeast Houston office. The role supports one attorney in a collaborative, well‑run office with strong support staff and clearly defined expectations.

• 3+ years of paralegal experience in plaintiff personal injury litigation
• Prior experience specifically as a plaintiff's personal injury paralegal (most recent role preferred)
• Routine client contact; many clients are Spanish‑speaking
• Ability to obtain and organize medical records and prepare medical chronologies
• Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, and related litigation documents; e‑file with the court
• Case management and administrative support throughout the life of the case
• Bilingual English/Spanish required, including translating legal documents both ways

• Total compensation of $65,000‑$85,000 (base salary + bonus)
• Monthly performance bonuses plus a discretionary Christmas bonus
• No weekend work; excellent work‑life balance
