Overview
Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is looking for Experienced Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) in Pearland, TX 77584. We have been caring for the medically fragile community since 2000. Pay range is $60,000 - $75,000 with a $1,500 sign-on bonus.

- Provide direct, one-on-one medical care to patients in their home, following the active plan of care from physicians and applicable personnel.
- Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments.
- Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies.
- Coordinate care and educate family members on patient clinical care to improve outcomes.
- Implement preventative initiatives to maintain quality of care.
- Active RN or LPN/LVN license (New Grads Welcome; training provided).
- Experience providing care in a client home setting.
