Weekends - LVN​/RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse

Overview

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) in Pearland, TX and surrounding areas. Flexible/dependable scheduling.

Pay Range: $25-$37/hr

• Direct, one-on-one medical care for patients in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
• Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments.
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies.
• Coordinate care among the care team and family members.
• Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
• Participate in preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for the patient.

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license (new grads welcome; training provided).
• Experience providing care in a client home setting is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and make a positive, lasting impression.
