As the first and last face our guests see, you set the tone for their entire dining experience. • Warmly greet guests as they enter the restaurant
• Manage waitlist and walk-in seating
• Lead guests to their table and present menus
• Provide basic menu knowledgei
• Thank guests sincerely as they leave and invite them to return
• Manage takeout/pickup orders
• Answer phones and input orders in POS
• Communicate guest requests to the team and support servers during busy times
• Create a welcoming atmosphere that makes guests excited to come back

• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Calm under pressure and in fast-paced environments
• Ability to multi-task
• Team player who loves hospitality
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand for long periods of time
