The Restaurant General Manager (RGM) is responsible for the people, business, and overall operations of the restaurant. RGM builds and inspires the team, creating an environment where employees love to work and customers love to visit.

• Lead, motivate, and develop the restaurant team.
• Ensure a welcoming environment for employees and customers.
• Manage budgets and operational performance.
• Provide daily coaching and feedback.
• Train and develop staff for growth.
• Analyze operational data to drive continuous improvement.

• Minimum of 2+ years of prior managerial experience in the restaurant industry or related field.
• Preferred:
  Serv Safe certification – assistance and education provided if not certified.
• Energetic and excellent communication skills.

Location:

Pearland, TX (also available in Houston, TX). Salary: $55,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year.
