Overview

The Vitamin Shoppe is seeking a part-time Sales Lead who is passionate about health and wellness, eager to learn about supplements, and interested in a fulfilling career with flexible hours. Join us in building loyalty and long-lasting relationships with customers while creating an easy, personalized, unforgettable in-store shopping experience.

• Act as a direct support for the Management Team, executing with excellence.
• Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals while supporting others to do the same.
• Build loyalty through personalized customer connections, creating positively memorable shopping experiences and building baskets (selling).
• Work with integrity; act as Manager On Duty in the absence of Store Manager/Assistant Manager/Key Holder.
• Efficiently process customer transactions, merchandise shelves, and price products accordingly.
• Master product knowledge by participating in continuous learning activities.
• Collaborate with a team of Health Enthusiasts.
• Maintain regular store maintenance, follow loss prevention standards, ensure timely processing of product receipts, keep shelves full and products priced accordingly.
• Be willing to perform additional duties as required.

• A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience/instruction
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (holidays, weekends, locations) as a part-time associate
