Job OverviewJoin our dynamic health center in Pearsall, TX area, serving a vibrant, high Spanish-speaking community. We are looking for a compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to provide on-site mental health services to individuals and families. This role offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the community through culturally sensitive care.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
- Provide counseling and therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate mental health services within the community.
- Advocate for patient access to community and healthcare resources.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow ethical standards in practice.
- Active Texas LCSW license or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) provisional considered.
- Experience working with diverse populations, particularly Spanish-speaking communities, is a plus.
- Strong communication and counseling skills.
- Salary range: $80,000 - $85,000, commensurate with experience.
