About the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor

Our client is a huge Developer based in London with an outstanding turnover of over 250 mill. They have a huge pipeline of work and have been around for over 15 years! They currently have a huge residential project which is the regeneration of a run-down industrial estate in central London, with the construction of 400 new homes including social and affordable housing.

Our Client is looking for someone within commutable distance to Bermondsey, currently working with a developer as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or ready to step up to Senior Quantity Surveyor. They are also looking for someone that has lead a project, preferably from procurement to final accounts

Requirements for Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Live within a commutable distance of Bermondsey
• Experience being a commercial lead
• Experience working with a developer
• Experience with in the housing sector
• Degree qualified
