A team-focused Quantity Surveying consultancy in London is seeking a Quantity Surveyor with at least 6 month's experience operating at QS level. The Quantity Surveyor's role The successful Quantity Surveyor will be working under an Associate Quantity Surveyor, taking on your own projects across the high-end residential, commercial, arts & heritage, and education sectors. Alongside having your own projects to run, the new Quantity Surveyor will help an Associate with pre and post contract roles including attending progress meetings independently and contract administration.
The Quantity Surveyor Completed a Quantity Surveying degree 3 years quantity surveying experience Worked within a UK cost consultancy / PQS / cost management practice Pre and post contract knowledge Client facing, personable, team-focused character Residential project experience would be a plus In Return? £45,000 - £55,000 Bonus Pension Healthcare RICS membership fee 26 days annual leave bank holidays Travel expenses APC training and fees Hybrid working Array of social events If you are a Quantity Surveyor considering your career opportunities, please contact Daniel Foster at Foster & May.
