The Role – Year 5 Teacher

As a Year 5 Teacher, you will be responsible to deliver high-quality teaching to a Year 5 class of 28 pupils. The ideal candidate will create a safe, supportive learning environment that enables all pupils to thrive academically and personally. This role is ideal for someone passionate about making a positive difference in children’s lives, supporting their development, and acting as a positive role model.

Ideally, you will have a QTS and previous teaching experience.

The School – Year 5 Teacher

This lovely school is in Southwark and is conveniently just a 10-minute walk from the nearest train station. The school is a mixed gender with 380 pupils enrolled, aged 3-11 years old. This school focuses on providing high-quality teaching that is tailored to individual needs within a nurturing and encouraging learning environment, supporting all pupils to make strong progress academically. The school also supports pupils with complex needs, including ADHD and ASD, and has been rated as good by Ofsted.
