The Position - Teaching Assistant (Mornings Only)
A friendly and supportive primary school in Southwark is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant (Mornings Only) to join their team from September. This is a varied role where you will either be supporting a small group of Year 5 pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN), delivering interventions and tailored learning support, or working within a Year 3 classroom, providing general classroom assistance alongside the class teacher.
The successful candidate will be adaptable, patient, and confident supporting pupils with a range of learning needs. You will work closely with teaching staff to ensure all pupils are fully engaged in learning and making positive progress. A positive attitude and willingness to work flexibly across both roles is essential.
