£95-£110 per day

Full-time | September 2026 start

Monday to Friday | 8:00am - 4:00pm

A vibrant primary school in Elephant & Castle is looking for a Teaching Partner to join their Key Stage 1 team from September 2026.

This role is ideal for a graduate with experience working with children who is considering a future career in teaching. You will gain valuable classroom experience while supporting pupils' learning and development across the school day.

The Role

As a Teaching Partner, you will take on a range of Teaching Assistant responsibilities, including:

Supporting learning in KS1 classrooms

Working with small groups and individual pupils

Assisting the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom organisation

Helping to maintain a positive and engaging learning environment

Supporting pupils' social and emotional development

Contributing to behaviour management and pupil engagement

Who Should Apply?

Hold a degree (or are due to graduate)

Have experience working with children through schools, tutoring, camps, clubs, mentoring, or similar settings

Are aspiring teachers looking to gain hands-on classroom experience

Have excellent communication skills
