What you’ll be doing :

* Sourcing and engaging candidates through multiple channels

* Building relationships with clients and candidates

* Managing the recruitment process from initial contact through to placement

* Working towards clear targets and KPIs

* Learning the fundamentals of recruitment in a supportive, hands-on environment
