Job Summary
Were looking for warm, engaging, and service-focused individuals to join the Front of House team at Poons at Somerset House  a brand-new restaurant in one of Londons most iconic cultural destinations.
This is a rare opportunity to join an exciting new opening from a legendary London name. Poons is returning to the dining scene with a classic, home cooked style Chinese menu that honours family traditions, seasonal produce, and vibrant flavours - all set within the stunning surrounds of Somerset House. We are looking to invite individuals to join the team who are looking for progression in their career.
Responsibilities
As a member of the Front of House team, youll be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment guests arrive. Whether youre running dishes and drinks, or serving tables, your role is essential to the overall experience. Were building a team that values personality, positivity, and pride in what they do.

Experience
You must have previous experience working in mid-range restaurants.
A genuine interest in food, service, and people.
