LU Electricians Rate - Electrician £230 Morson are recruiting Gold Card Electricians for a long-term TfL station LED lighting upgrade programme across the London Underground network. This role involves night working during engineering hours and offers a stable, rolling contract on a major infrastructure project. You will be responsible for carrying out electrical installation works, leading tasks on site, and ensuring all works are completed safely and to a high standard within a live rail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out LED lighting upgrades across TfL and London Underground stations
• Installing, modifying, and replacing lighting systems and associated electrical components
• Installing containment systems including conduit, trunking, and tray
• Terminating, testing, and fault-finding electrical circuits
• Supervising and guiding Electrical Mates where required
• Ensuring full compliance with LU rules, permits, and safety procedures
• Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and workmanship at all times Essential Requirements
• Valid JIB Gold Card (Electrician)
• Valid Sentinel card with LU access
• Proven experience working as a qualified electrician (rail or underground experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of electrical installation standards and regulations Desirable (but not essential)
• Previous experience on TfL or London Underground projects
• LED lighting upgrade experience
• 2391 or equivalent testing & inspection qualification
• IPAF, PASMA, or other relevant site certifications On offer:
