Senior Scheduler

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Scheduler to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of data centre projects by providing expert scheduling and project controls support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project scheduling, particularly with Primavera P6, and a proven ability to manage complex timelines in a fast-paced environment.

• Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules for data centre projects using Primavera P6.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of schedules with project objectives.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and propose mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Conduct regular schedule reviews and updates, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Prepare and present detailed reports, including critical path analysis, resource allocation, and progress updates, to project stakeholders.
• Support the development of project controls processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of scheduling activities across all project phases.
• Identify risks and opportunities within the schedule and provide recommendations to optimize project timelines.

• Proven experience as a Scheduler, preferably in data centre or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 is essential.
• Strong understanding of project controls, scheduling methodologies, and critical path analysis.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Professional certifications in project management or scheduling (e.g., PMI-SP, PSP) are a plus.
