Western Midstream in West Texas seeks a Mechanic Team member to ensure reliability and efficiency of rotating equipment across our assets, including natural gas engines and compressors. The role involves preventive and corrective maintenance, reading manuals, and documenting maintenance activities.
You will oversee third-party work, maintain logs, and respond to call-outs as needed, with a 14/14 rotating shift or 10/4 schedule. Travel is 0–10%, and overtime or weekend work may be required.
