Private Duty Nurse (LVN)
provides compassionate, one-on-one skilled nursing care for pediatric and adult patients in their homes.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver individualized care and monitor patient health closely
- Administer medications and provide ordered treatments
- Manage and care for tracheostomies, ventilators, and feeding tubes
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to support clinical goals
- Support and educate patients and families on care plans
- Maintain accurate, detailed clinical documentation
- Current LVN licensure
- Strong clinical skills in medication administration and complex home care
- Experience/competence managing trach/vent and feeding tube care
- Excellent communication and patient/family education abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation practices
- Compassionate, patient-first approach
