The Cook will provide quality service as well as consistent products. This position will assist the kitchen staff with the daily upkeep of the facility’s kitchen(s) in Catering and Concessions.

• Cook and prepare food
• Serve food in proper pre-determined portion sizes and at the correct temperature
• Maintain appearance of all equipment and serving counters
• Maintain inventory in the stock room
• Clean kitchen area before and after business hours
• Scrub, sanitize, and store pots and pans, utensils, and dishes
• Perform other related duties as required
• Assist in venue distribution/warehouse operations including inventory, receiving, purchase order tracking, clean-up, transfers, and minor equipment maintenance

• Understand and follow both oral and written instructions
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to communicate in a positive, friendly manner with patrons
• Work a flexible schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, holidays, and long hours) and maintain regular attendance
• Have excellent interpersonal skills, problem‑solving skills, and be a team player

• Lifting up to 50 pounds waist high
• Occasionally required to climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• Exposed to cleaning chemicals that must be handled with extreme caution
• Possibly work in outside weather conditions (hot, wet, humid)
• Significant standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling
• Required to operate a computer
• Facility has intermittent noise
