• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Basic understanding of safety protocols in oil and gas or mining environments.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions.
• Prior experience in a labor-intensive role within oil and gas extraction, mining, or a related industry.

• Certification in Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) or equivalent safety training.
• Experience operating or directing heavy machinery such as forklifts, cranes, or bulldozers.
• First aid and CPR certification.
• Familiarity with site-specific environmental and safety regulations.
• Strong communication skills and experience working in team-oriented environments.
