Rigger, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor

Inland Crane, Inc., Idaho's leading crane service company, is seeking an experienced Crane Signal Person to join our team on a large-scale data center construction project in Pecos, Texas .

We are looking for a dependable, safety-focused individual with proven crane signaling experience who can communicate effectively with crane operators and ground crews to ensure safe and efficient lifting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clear, accurate hand and radio signals to crane operators in accordance with OSHA requirements.
• Maintain effective communication with crane operators, riggers, and other personnel throughout lifting operations.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of industry-standard crane signals and safe rigging practices.
• Monitor lifting activities and surrounding work areas to help maintain a safe jobsite.
• Follow all company and project-specific safety procedures and environmental regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous crane signaling experience is REQUIRED.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA-approved crane hand signals and radio communication procedures.
• Familiarity with crane operations, rigging practices, and construction site safety.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

Per Diem & Lodging

• $175 per day in per diem, paid 7 days per week.
• Per diem is paid directly to the employee.
• Employees are responsible for securing and paying for their own lodging.
