Personal Assistant 3200

I am an elderly lady living at home in Peebles, looking for someone to join my small team of Personal Assistants who support me at home with my personal care, allowing me to live as independently as possible.

• Please come in to support with preparing me my evening meal.
• Please support me with getting up from my chair and mobilising through to the toilet, should this be required.
• Please then prepare me my evening meal along with a hot/cold drink of choice.
• Please also prompt me to take my teatime medication, if required.
• Finally, please ensure I have everything I need to hand before securing the house on exit.

• Please come in to support me with getting ready for bed.
• Please help me through to the toilet, allowing me the time, if required.
• Please support me to have a wash and get into my nightwear.
• I will then need supervision to mobilise through to my bedroom for the night.
• Please ensure I have a drink to hand and my mobile phone on my bedside table.
• Finally, please secure the house on exit.

• Someone who is reliable, honest and trustworthy.
• Someone who values and understand the importance of confidentiality.

• Visits are only currently needed on Tuesdays and Fridays but relief work available too.
• Times and durations as above with some flexibility on times.

• £18.00 per hour.
• 5.6 weeks annual leave, calculated on a pro-rata basis.
• PVG required.
